Residential Monthly Flat rate per household - $55.00 Effective with the July 2025 payment
One Time New Account Transfer Fee - $15.00
Residential Late Payment Fee - $5.00 per month - Effective July 2025
Commercial/Public Entity - $7.00 per thousand gallons water used. $55.00 min/month - Effective July 2025
Commercial/Public late fee - $10% of balance owed
New Sewer Tap - $1800.00/each
Bills payed by the 16th of each month will not be considered late. If the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date will be the next business day unless the due date on the bill is extended out. All customers signing up for auto pay from their checking accounts will have funds drawn between the 5th-8th of each month.
